The location is great but be very wary of anything they offer as deluxe, luxury or with a Nile view. There is access to a roof terrace which has a bar and restaurant. This is fantastic but not belonging to the hotel so you could stay elsewhere and still have access to the terrace. The only other thing I liked was that the bedding and mattress were clean. However, I also asked for a double bed and was told only a twin room was available. I requested that the beds be pushed together to form a double and received email confirmation that this was ok. It wasn't done.

The building is beautiful but has been left abandoned long time ago. The terrace is great. How come it works so well and all the other areas of the hotel are so poorly managed.

The location is perfect, very close to all embassies and the staff very kind and helpfulThe bar on the top of the building was a really good surprise, the view of the city and nile is really amazing.
